Garrett Sell - A native of Jamestown, New York, and resident of Florida since 2007, Garrett has spent his entire higher education and 18-year professional career in real estate.
Over his career he has been a party in real estate transactions representing more than 500 million dollars in volume and as a result, he has developed a high degree of business acumen in commercial real estate. His portfolio has grown to over 400 properties with holdings in the following asset classes; residential, multifamily, land, single and multi-tenant industrial, and nationally tenanted investment grade net lease property. Current portfolio holdings include properties in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, Washington State, and Wyoming.
Garrett is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the organization. His responsibilities include asset and portfolio allocation, value add strategy formulation, acquisition decisions, capital markets relations, market analysis involving demographic and growth trends, as well as economic forecasting.

Craig Schneider, CPA

Senior CPA & Tax Expert

Craig Schneider is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) based in Metairie/New Orleans, Louisiana with 40+ years of experience in tax planning, accounting, bookkeeping, and financial consulting. He leads his own CPA practice serving individuals, families, and businesses throughout the Gulf Coast region and is known for a practical, hands-on approach to complex tax and financial strategy.

Michael Guju, Esq.

Real Estate Attorney

Michael J. Guju is an experienced attorney practicing in real estate law, business law, contracts, and property transactions through the Guju Law Firm in Palm Harbor, Florida. He earned his B.A. from Bowling Green State University and his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law. Licensed since the mid-1980s (including Florida), he brings decades of experience serving clients throughout the Gulf Coast region.

Jason DeBono

Self-Directed Retirement Specialist | Inspira Financial

Jason DeBono is a seasoned self-directed retirement specialist with 15+ years of experience helping investors leverage retirement accounts for alternative investments. He works with individuals, advisors, and professionals to structure and manage self-directed retirement strategies and is widely recognized for expertise in Self-Directed IRAs, tax-advantaged investing, and alternative assets such as real estate and private placements.

Benjamin “Ben” Pantazi

Managing Partner & Acquisitions Manager | Commercial Legacy Advisors

Ben Pantazi leads growth, investor relations, and strategic property acquisitions at Commercial Legacy Advisors. He began his real estate career while attending the University of Tampa, founding a land and investment property acquisitions firm in the Tampa Bay area in 2017. He has helped acquire millions of dollars in commercial and residential assets through focused deal sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management.

Speaker lineup and session schedule will be shared closer to sailing.

Kids & Family Programs

The cruise offers a Kids Club and youth programs for children ages 3 to 17 years old at no additional cost during operating hours. For hours outside of the Kids Club schedule, a babysitting service is available for $8/hour.
